Relationship Manager

The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra (WCO) seeks a full-time Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team to lead and grow our robust corporate partnerships that support our concert series, education programs, and table patron section at Concerts on the Square.
 
We are looking for someone who loves people and building relationships. Our organization is expanding our impact through music in the greater Madison community, and we need an internal partner who can inspire the business community to partner with the WCO through sponsorship support to collectively advance the community through our concert performances, education programs, and community initiatives.

What you can expect:

• Full-time salaried exempt position
• Salary range: $45,000-50,000

• At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, business-to-business sales or related field
• Experience working with major gift or business accounts over $10,000
• Proven track record of sales success in a business development or non-profit environment
• Knowledge of the arts or classical music a plus
• Demonstrated success in building authentic relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capabilities delivering compelling presentations and proposals
