Barista

Alice Good Coffee is looking for someone special and friendly, a person who loves the coffee culture and enjoy the interaction with people from all parts of the world. You’ll be in front of the clients, making great coffee, espresso drinks, serving delicious food and taking care of the coffee shop.

Employment Type: Part-time; minimum 20 hours/week Salary: Hourly rate plus tips=$16-$20/hour

Responsibilities: Coffee Workers sell and serve food and beverages for consumption on premises in cafes and similar establishments.  

Tasks: 

• Preparing and serving beverages (espresso drinks, coffee, tea, other) for consumption on the premises
• Serving food for consumption on the premises
• Taking customers' food, beverage, other orders Operating cash registers, accepting payments and preparing sales invoices
• Clearing away used dishes and cutlery from tables when customers are finished
• Cleaning and preparing tables for use
• Washing dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils
• Cleaning cafe equipment such as coffee grinders, espresso machines and ice makers
• Participating in counting and organizing inventory, including new orders
• Providing backup to other cafe employees
