Kickin' It For Kids Charity Kickball Tournament

Mark Your Calendars!! August 19th is our 4th Annual “Kickin’ It For Kids” Charity Kickball Tournament at McGaw Park in Fitchburg. This is one of our highest attended events and we are really looking forward to it. The tournament will begin at 10:00 am. Throughout the day, local businesses will compete in a double elimination tournament for the coveted trophy…and bragging rights! The event will open up to the public beginning at 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm we will have our First Responder vehicles arrive. Included in this will be the Friends of Madison Mounted Horse Patrol, Dane County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad, UW Med Flight, and more. At 3:00 pm, we will have our Kids Vs. First Responder kickball game. This is free for kids to participate in and they will play against and with local First Responders in a friendly game of kickball. While team players and kids are waiting for the game, there will be three (yes…three) bounce houses, corn hole, volleyball, DJ, kids reading area and Mascots walking around. Mascots attending are Madison Capitals DC Eagle, Madison Mallards Maynard, Chick-fil-A West Town Cow and more! Mascot appearances are weather permitting. Throughout the day all concessions, team registration, donations and 50/50 revenue will benefit REACH-A-Child™. This is one summer event you don’t want to miss.
