Estrategias para la Resiliencia y la Liberación Personal

The UW Collaborative Center for Health Equity is thrilled for another opportunity to collaborate with the Latino Chamber of Commerce and Laura P. Minero, PhD.
Dr. Minero will be presenting:  Cultivando nuestra Salud Mental y Bienestar: Estrategias para la Resiliencia y la Liberación Personal” / "Cultivating our Mental Health and Wellbeing: Tools for Resiliency and Personal Liberation”  at 5p CST on Monday, September 28^th.
This 90 minute session in Spanish will focus specifically on stress and managing stress in this unique time.  It will include mental health tips and ways to get connected to mental health services in Madison, as desired.
This programming was originally designed to serve the LCC membership, but the upcoming session is also open to the public (capacity is 100 attendees!).
