Advocating for DACA Employees

Esperanza United will be hosting a workshop for Advocating for DACA Employees. The goal of this presentation is to provide foundational guidance and awareness that will allow supervisors to make informed decisions about their employees who are also Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients. This presentation will uplift the experiences of DACA recipients and provide an overview of DACA and how to navigate challenges. In addition, exploring best practices when supporting and advocating for our employees.
