A Principal Experience

Since its inception in 2004, A Principal Experience has been uniting local businesses and community leaders with Madison’s public schools. Through this unique experience, individuals serve as a Principal Partner for one day in the fall, observing a Madison public school principal. This experience allows them to see the joys and challenges faced by public school principals, educators and students each and every day. Following a morning spent observing and participating in activities pre-planned by the host principals and their partners, all Principal Partners are invited to a luncheon where they share their experiences and learn more about engaging in our public schools.
