In most parts of the world people come together to break bread. In Wisconsin, we break ice. As frosty and frozen give way to the heat of March Madness and cabin fever, the change of season is a reason to come together. The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce introduces IceBreaker, a new annual, spring lunch and networking event to be held on April 23, 2015, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the floor of the Kohl Center, the first business event of its kind. Innovation requires space for human interaction, making the Kohl Center ? home of UW basketball and hockey ? the perfect, yet unconventional, place to make connections happen. For this event, school spirit makes way for the spirit of innovation. IceBreaker is the spring companion event to the fall Annual Dinner, the premier networking event for the Greater Madison business community. Last year?s dinner drew a sold-out crowd of more than 1,000 attendees. Like Annual Dinner, IceBreaker promises an energizing program of influential speakers with Greater Madison?s business and community leaders in attendance. Don?t get left in the cold! Register today.
