2015 Workshop - Human Resources For Your Small Business

This workshop provides information on the rules and regulations addressing the day to day HR functions of a small business covering three key points: create and maintain employee records, develop an employee manual and inform about employee state and federal rules. This workshop will also cover the topic on how to maintain a culturally appropriate and balance environment for all employees in the company.
